Synopsis

Three years after Mr Freeze’s attack on Gotham that affected thousands; Bruce learns to move on from the death of his parents and forgive his enemies. He adopts an orphan he found on the streets named Jason Todd who becomes his apprentice. Together they unveil the twisted truth behind the disappearance of Arkham Asylum psychiatrist Dr. Harleen Quinzel

James W. “Jim” Gordon most well known as Commissioner Gordon within the GCPD and the public eye. Him and Batman have a mutual respect and tacit friendship even though he’s somewhat skeptical of Batman's vigilante methods, but nevertheless believes that Gotham needs him
