A lot has changed since the events of "Justice League 3" . After Lex Luthor has killed Superman the world mourns the loss of their beloved hero. The death even caused that the Justice League split up. Batman has returned to Gotham City and wants to change the city drastically. Unfortunately he draws the attention of Gotham's secret leaders - the Court of Owls.
