Synopsis

The Red Knight recounts the deeds of a Jason Todd (2nd Robin) forced to take up the mantle of the Dark Knight after the latter's departure. Will Jason be able to keep Gotham City safe? Will he be able to bear the weight of the Batman? But above all, how will the other members of the Bat-Family take it? Will they support the boy's choice?

Batman's origin story features him swearing vengeance against criminals after witnessing the murder of his parents Thomas and Martha as a child, a vendetta tempered with the ideal of justice.
