2 years after the city's restoration into peace, another corrupt individual decided to take over the city, and is back to the thug-infested, unsafe city it once was. The police force doesn't seem to care enough, however, their commander-in-chief decided to let the three clean up the city again. With the help of a man willing to save the city and a world-class martial artist, the city will soon be in good hands.
