A British serial killer that Babylon can trust, due to his similar attitude and killing methods, along with his loyalty to those he respects. He agrees to be a part of Babylon’s team to bring down the Raven after he himself got attacked by members of the Raven gang. His claim to fame is his ability to kill absolutely anyone, even the innocent, but still look for a good reason why they need to die.
