Kang the Conqueror breaks free from his prison, aided by Nathaniel Richards AKA Iron lad who was a secret Kang variant. With his sights set on multiverse domination, Kang unleashes his fury. The New Avengers, led by Bucky Barnes, are vastly outnumbered, so they call upon the OG Avengers, Guardians of the galaxy, fantastic four, even the dark avengers for help. The stage is set for an epic battle as heroes from across the Marvel Universe converge to stop Kang. The war is intense, with titans clashing in a struggle that will determine the fate of the multiverse. Despite their valiant efforts, the Avengers suffer a devastating defeat. Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Natasha, Scott lang, and Clint Barton fall in battle, their sacrifices unable to stem the tide of Kang's conquest. Everyone has lost and The Conqueror claims victory, and the multiverse trembles under his rule.
