He feels an injustice for the vampire race, some of which is justifiable, some of which is not, and is secretly plotting a plan to overthrown the High King and rule himself. Victor is known to be mostly calm and calculated, and won't hurt anyone unless he truly thinks they deserve it, even if they get in his way. Victor was turned into a Vampire at 41 years old
