Synopsis

The year is 50 BC. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans. Well, not entirely... One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. And life is not easy for the Roman legionaries who garrrison the fortified camps of Totorum, Aquarium, Laudanum and Compendium.....

Description of Julius Cesar:

Julius Caesar is the emperor of the Roman Empire. His standard saying is ‘Veni, Vidi, Vici’, which means ‘I came, I saw, I conquered’. The only place in the known world where this does not apply is the small Gallic village of Asterix. And Caesar is always trying new tricks to conquer the village.
