Celeste is a vain and spoiled 15-year old fairy with a valley girl type of personality named Celeste, she's drawn in a Disney-esque art style (particularly that of the 90’s Disney films), she is like a good guy version of Sharpay from High School Musical, her design is influenced by Tinker Bell from Peter Pan, Elionwy from The Black Cauldron, Princess Calla from Gummi Bears, Crysta from FernGully, and Thumbelina from Don Bluth's Thumbelina. She and Jessie have a Betty and Veronica-esque relationship.
