Fan Casting Batman in Arrowverse : Future State

Son of lucius Fox and brother of Luke Fox who was sent to the military academy at age 16 puting a strain on the relationship between his father and brother. Later in 2027 returns to Gotham city only to find that it's been taken over by the magistrate regime force with no Batman around Tim Fox steps to take Bruce Wayne place as Batman in his absence.
