4 years on from the massacre, Wet Valley Waterpark is on the verge of re-opening. New owner Josh has decided not to proceed with his father's planned development of the site into a Shopping Centre, instead choosing to honour the memory of his deceased friends by developing the park into the premier waterpark attraction in the country. Unfortunately it seems that someone else is determined to stop him. Could Priscilla Wilkins be back?
