After missing out with Cassie for a couple of years, Scott tries to use as much bonding time with her as he can. When Cassie brings her best friend, Doreen Green, in the house, Scott finds out that Doreen is just like him - but with squirrels instead of ants. When a new enemy named Sin, daughter of the Red Skull, kidnaps Hope, Hank, and Janet, Scott must team up with Cassie, now referred to as Stinger, to fight Sin. Doreen Green also volunteers to help Scott and Cassie with her alter ego, Squirrel-Girl, but an unimpressed Scott must train Doreen to be as good of a fighter as him and Cassie are.
