A little orphan girl named ANNIE (poorly taken care of by AGGIE HANNIGAN) gets adopted by the billionare industrialist and Wall Street tycoon, OLIVER WARBUCKS and his secretary, GRACE FERRELL. In the meantime, Hannigan’s brother (DANIEL FRANCIS (ROOSTER) HANNIGAN) and his girlfriend, LILY ST. REGIS, go on a quest to kidnap Annie and swindle Warbucks out of 50 thousand dollars!
