A dark fantasy psychological horror film based on the video game American McGee's Alice. After witnessing the loss of her family in a fire that started in her house, which was destroyed in the conflagration, Alice Liddell was left an orphan. Alice began to lose her sense of reality due to survivor's guilt and post-traumatic stress disorder and was ultimately admitted to Rutledge Asylum in London for her insanity, dementia, and catatonia. Even after nearly ten years since she was committed, her doctor, Heironymous "Harry" Q. Wilson, was unable to treat her. Alice started to slowly regain her health in 1874. Due to the Queen of Hearts' terrible rule and Alice's own insanity, Alice was brought back into Wonderland, now a twisted and deadly version of itself. It was Alice's job to kill the Queen in order to free Wonderland and herself from the corruption, and she did so with the aid of other creatures from her previous adventures and the Cheshire Cat as her guide.
