Description of Hangfire:

Hangfire, first of all, MUST be able to impersonate a variety of voices. Secondly, he is a very focused and disturbed individual, who believes above all else that the ends justify the means. His wickedness goes deeper than what you see on the surface, but he must be able to pretend to be a normal man at times. He's a naturalist trying to raise a monster, and he'll stop at nothing to do it.
