A John Hughes-style coming-of-age story set years into the future following an earth-shattering apocalyptic event. Six high school students — the rebellious Andy, the nebbish Tim, the sardonic Marie, the nonchalant Jesse, the perceptive Casey, and the gingerly Elliot — are particularly affected in the aftermath, and at the time they least expect it, they come together and end up discovering that they have more in common than they initially thought.
