"A Novel Love Story," by Ashley Poston, is a novel about Elsy, who finds herself in the fictional town of Eloraton, the setting of her favorite romance novel series, after her car breaks down on the way to a book club retreat. She believes she's there to help finish the last unfinished book in the series, but she encounters a grumpy bookstore owner who resists her efforts, and Elsy begins to suspect her own happily-ever-after might be intertwined with Eloraton's.
