Synopsis

At the world's largest pop culture convention in Atlanta, a social media influencer is being blackmailed. Her father, a fantasy grand master, employs a private investigator to infiltrate fandom to find the blackmailers. When a prominent IT CIO is murdered along the way, it appears there are a number of people out to protect the blackmailers and their sinister organization.

Description of Peter Ellis (Mero Vinz):

Peter Ellis survived a house fire that killed his parents and spent his teen years in a school run by Anabaptist monks. There, he was a reclusive, quiet young man who spent time channeling his anger through physical training and the study of criminal justice. Since becoming an adult, Ellis has become a successful and sought-after insurance investigator who has no problem looking into suspicious claims in remote, backwoods locations or where the usual investigator is too afraid to venture. Ellis is also a writer whose first and only novel, "The Cheddar Bay Diaries" won literary accolades. He is not a fan of escapist entertainment.
