A 90s musical
An anthology film set in Toronto and set to songs from the 90s, documenting the lives of several different people; Vanessa, a young Filipino woman adopted by a gay white couple, Joey and Amanda, two childhood friends on a night out to try and reconnect, Iftikhar, torn between his passion for music and his dedication to his overbearing Pakistani parents, Terrell, whose relationship with his girlfriend is on the rocks because she wants to return to her native Brazil and he wants her to stay, and Christopher, a sheltered young man from England who sets out on a road trip with his friends.
