John Strangways, the head of British Intelligence operations in Jamaica, is murdered. In response, Agent James Bond - aka Agent 007 - is sent to the Caribbean country to investigate the circumstances. During his investigation, Bond meets Quarrel, a fisherman from the Cayman Islands, who worked alongside Strangways on the neighboring islands. One of the islands is Crab Key, inhabited exclusively by the mysterious Dr. Julius No.
