Description of Neoklaus Burr:

straight, he/him, psychopathy, 🇺🇸, estp-a, 8w7; Burr was a married blue-collar worker with kids, living in River Park outside of Monroe, in the very same suburban home the Johnsons now reside in. His first murder is a familicide, slashing the throat of his wife and stabbing his young daughter to death, before cannibalizing his infant son by biting his entire head off. Burr is interned at Monroe State Hospital. 22 years later, Burr is knowingly released by a nurse, who had mistakenly believed that he could be rehabilitated like others. Burr kills her with his bare hands, slaughters several more orderlies, and responding guards, then lights the head office ablaze before escaping
