I had to change a main profile photo for an actress, Betsy Monroe, since the existing photo was of another woman (possibly not even an actress) with the same name. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any recent pics of the relevant Betsy Monroe, and had to use a photo from one of her last films.
I wanted to add a comment notifying people of why this photo change was made but couldn't find a place to do this.
