Blocked users' stories must be unlisted

Maybe I look paranoid, but wherever I see Koreaboo stories by kaylam6331, which is blocked by me, I notice he plagiarize not only my actors but TV series remark in subtitles just like me in my last stories. Does he have sock-puppet accounts or this account belong to Avi Agarwal?

Its easy to say not to pay attention to such people, but that's wrong to see them being blocked. So in my opinion, you block user, you don't see his stories then, so they shoud be unlisted.
