Somebody, mods please ban him, he has literally filled my notifications with too much crap of him pinging people. Do something mods, ban him or something. He spams everyone

Not to mention, he is also spamming users that have been inactive for months, years, etc. (EX. Antoniocratchjr, Has not been active since May of last year.)
