Kai Chisaki (治ち崎さき廻かい Chisaki Kai?),[2] also known as Overhaul (オーバーホール Ōbāhōru?), is a villain and the former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai.[3] He served as the main antagonist of the Shie Hassaikai Arc.
