Synopsis

Description of Neo Vipers (Voice):

Cold-blooded combat androids whose programming have been altered to change them into warriors incapable of fear or pain. Their enhanced physical abilities make the inhumanly strong, fast and deadly, and their advanced composite body armor resists most ammunition. In Zack Snyder's G.I. Joe Retaliation, the Neo Vipers and Cobra Viper Commandos now have the ability to continue fighting without their heads and they also have the ability to release EMP bursts out of their after being killed in order to wound their enemy near their dead bodies
