Description of Mari Perry:
Mari Parry is Howl's young niece in Wales. The two are very close, and are pictured speaking Welsh to each other very rapidly. She seems to be about 5 and is known to deliberately unplug her brother's computer while he's using it, indicating as willful a personality as the rest of the family. Howl tends to spoil her with gifts when he visits. The Witch of the Waste goes to Wales and threatens Mari in order to force Howl out of hiding.
