Starr is an air fairy, and a childhood friend of Iris. She has the same problem as Iris, her magic, revolving around weather, isn't nearly as powerful as the other air fairies at Alfea. When Iris and Starrs new friend, Darcy, starts talking to them about stories of witches, all three of them start to realize they've been looking at and practicing their magic all wrong. But Starr doesn't seem to want to believe Darcy, because she realizes that Iris is starting to favor Darcy over her, even though they've been friends for years.
