Synopsis

For centuries there has been a secret peace treaty between Earth and the Black World, a parallel dimension inhabited by shape-shifting creatures with immense supernatural power. Now the treaty must be renewed, but the Black World's military faction is prepared to do everything in its power to prevent it from being signed again.

A subordinate of Mr. Kage. He relentlessly targets Taki, and attempts to assassinate him by disguising himself as a woman of his choosing, but fails. The thread he exudes from his genitals is thick and viscous enough to overturn a car.
