Description of Peter B. Stark (The Ultimate Spider-Man):
Raised by his grandparents for his first 10 years, Peter Benjamin Stark only dreamed of gaining his father's love. When he was 8, he came across his grandfather trying to recreate the Super Soldier Serum using spiders. When one one spiders bit him, Peter developed amazing spider-like powers, and eventually became the web-swinging hero, Spider-Man with help from his best friend Gwen Stacy. Not liking the direction his father is taking the family's company, Peter and Gwen secretly start their own company for the betterment of the world, and call it Alchemax Labs which quickly begins to become a contender with Stark Industries.
