Synopsis

After a bank heist goes wrong, part-time vigilante and professional hacker Aiden Pearce's niece is killed in a car crash due to a hitman hired by mysterious figures associated with the bank. Aiden proceeds to use his technological advancements to hack into the citywide surveillance system ctOS, in order to find out who is responsible, and make them pay for his niece's death.

Delford Wade joined the United States Army and fought in the Iraq War. After being honorably discharged, Delford became the leader of the Black Viceroys, who nicknamed him "Iraq" because of his military experience. In a relatively short amount of time, Iraq turned the small gang into a powerful crime syndicate.
