Nathan Drake is a treasure hunter who has just found something he has been searching for for years: the coffin of his ancestor Sir Francis Drake. He is accompanied by journalist Elena Fisher, who has decided to record a documentary of the expedition. But, everything changes when inside the coffin there is only a diary and in it is the route to El Dorado. With the help of his friend and mentor, Victor Sullivan, Nathan and Elena will race against time to find the mythical city before their enemies.
