Cable's warning of certain doom coming is taken to heart by Charles and Eric. The two unite the X-Men and the Brotherhood of Mutants to work together one last time to stop whatever is coming. Meanwhile, Apocalypse has put together his four horsemen. Angel as War, Havoc as Famine, Goblin Queen as Pestilence, and X-23 as Death. As the X-Men prepare for the coming battle with Apocalypse, they face the reality that this really could be it.
