Onyx has purple eyes and purple hair which she ties into two puffy bunches using hot pink scrunchies. She has pale white skin and a small beauty mark on the left side of her lips. She wears a white midriff-baring top with light pink polka dots under a black jacket with a red-violet spiked handcuff on each wrist, a black belt, a short white miniskirt, light pink tights, and black boots with reddish-violet straps, silver spurs, grey toes and black soles. She also wears multiple ear piercings and has lavender streaks in her hair.
