Synopsis

The TMNT were able to banish Krang and the Shredder to Dimension X. Now a turf war has broken out between the various factions of the Foot Clan and the Purple Dragons. Now it's up to the turtles to keep the peace.

Baxter Stockman is a mutant fly that works for Karai's faction of the New York City Foot Clan. He was once a human scientist that owned a robotics and tech company before being forced to work for the Shredder. At the end of last season, Baxter accidentally mutated himself into fly.
