Synopsis

Description of Oroku Saki (The Shredder):

To the public Oroku Saki is a humanitarian who wishes to help clean up New York City as its Mayor. Behind closed doors though, he wishes nothing more than to control all organized crime in NYC. Leading the Foot Clan as the Shredder, Saki is a dangerous man who should not be trusted or taken lightly.
