Synopsis

Cowabunga dudes, the heroes in a half shell are coming to Paramount + in an all new live action show. The TMNT must fight against the Shredder and his Foot Clan who seek to control the New York City criminal underworld.

Description of Ivan Steranko (Rocksteady):

Rocksteady is the co-leader of the Purple Dragons and subordinate of the Shredder. Rocksteady and his partner in crime Bebop are responsible for recruiting impressionable youths into joining their gang and sending the most promising members to the Foot Clan. Rocksteady is not very smart and his lack of intelligence is his biggest weakness.
