Synopsis

Cowabunga dudes, the heroes in a half shell are coming to Paramount + in an all new live action show. The TMNT must fight against the Shredder and his Foot Clan who seek to control the New York City criminal underworld.

Description of Dr. Baxter Stockman:

Baxter Stockman is the founder and owner of StockGen, a robotics and technology company. Baxter is a subordinate of the Shredder due his having incriminating evidence of Baxter using robots called Mousers to rob banks. Baxter seeks to have his Shredder's relationship be mutually beneficial but is viewed as nothing more than lowly insect by his boss.
