Rose DeWitt BukKater (17), a suicidal and her family are travelling in First Class on the RMS Titanic, but life isn't very happy for her. She meets Jack Dawson (20) who convinces her to stay with him and get a better life. However, her bratty fiancee Cal (30) doesn't like the thought of her breaking it off with him and going to date someone from the Third Class.
