Synopsis

Rose DeWitt BukKater (17), a suicidal and her family are travelling in First Class on the RMS Titanic, but life isn't very happy for her. She meets Jack Dawson (20) who convinces her to stay with him and get a better life. However, her bratty fiancee Cal (30) doesn't like the thought of her breaking it off with him and going to date someone from the Third Class. Watch as the two slowly fall in love while also trying to escape the rapidly sinking ship at the same time--filled to the brim with characters. Description of Isidor Straus (Mr. Straus, Nice Old Man):

Isidor Straus (February 6, 1845 – April 15, 1912 (age 67)) was a Bavarian-born American Jewish businessman, politician and co-owner of Macy's department store with his brother Nathan. He also served for just over a year as a member of the United States House of Representatives. He died with his wife, Ida, in the sinking of the passenger ship RMS Titanic, after refusing cowardice and deciding not to go before the other men, valiantly displaying confidence and self-sacrifice for others.
