Synopsis

Set in the adjacent timeline of my own DCU. In the fallout of James Gordon Jr's massacre of the Rouges, the Streak hasn't been the same, he's been harsher, grumpier, faster. When a disruption in the Speed Force prevents Streak from using his speed properly, he goes into it to find out what is causing the disruption. However, he comes across unexpected horrors within the Speed Force that were once unknown...

Description of Sam Scudder:

A supervillain who frequently fought the Streak and was a member of the Rouges. He was one of the few members to survived James Gordon Jr's massacre of the Rouges. While he survived, he was left with his right arm paralyzed and blind in his right eye, as well as being partially blind in his left eye. Due to his injuries, he no longer wants or really can be Mirror Man.
