Synopsis

Set in the adjacent timeline of my own DCU. In the fallout of James Gordon Jr's massacre of the Rouges, the Streak hasn't been the same, he's been harsher, grumpier, faster. When a disruption in the Speed Force prevents Streak from using his speed properly, he goes into it to find out what is causing the disruption. However, he comes across unexpected horrors within the Speed Force that were once unknown...

Description of Roscoe Dillon/The Top:

A villain of the Streak. Was struck by lightning during a tornado at six years old. While it was not known then, he gained moderate super speed abilities that he would not realize he had until his late teenage years. He is transgender, something that makes his romantic relationship with Lisa Snart complicated.
