Description of Manfred Mota:

A nuclear physicist, who created a battle suit using nuclear energy to satisfy some of his borderline-psychotic obsessions. The suit would meltdown, and he would become greatly injured when it failed and destroyed his body. Despite being crippled and reliant on the remnants of his suit, he was able to make a second suit to keep him alive. After the Streak foiled both of his schemes, he broke out of prison once again, but this time tried to live a decent life, even if that meant he had to hide himself away from society.
