Synopsis

Young Mimí Fausta dreams of being a famous actress on Broadway, and she gets that chance when her uncle introduces her to a friend he had in college who’s currently a massive Broadway star, George Young, who then takes her under his wing. Things get complicated for Mimí when her fame rises, she starts to fall for her mentor’s son, Nathanial, her mother Raquel falls for George and as Mimí learns more about her troubled mother’s and uncle’s past.

Description of George Young:

George Young is an old friend of Joaquin’s, though he has trouble keeping up with him. He loves his son very much, but can be an over protective father at times. He loves that Mimí wants to be in Broadway like him, but also tries to protect her from the dangers of fame as though she were his own child.
