Synopsis

The Dark Slayer may look threatening, but in actuality he is a very lousy villain. So, he sets out to prove to everyone in Capitol City that he is a real villain by plotting to destroy the town and rule its people with an iron fist. Fred and all of his friends don't believe him until The Dark Slayer proves them wrong and takes over the town and kidnaps everyone. The rest of the gang seek vengeance, but Fred realizes something serious about The Dark Slayer.

Description of Caillou:

Caillou is an imaginative four-year-old[4] boy with a love for forms of transportive machinery such as rocket ships and airplanes. A dreamer, Caillou is prone to frequent dream sequences in some episodes, visualizing his daydreams and hopes, and many episodes chronicle his normal daily experiences with his parents, friends, and neighbours. Caillou particularly loves his stuffed dinosaur Rexy and teddy bear Teddy, along with his pet cat Gilbert, all of whom are depicted as puppets in segments featured in the earlier episodes.
