Synopsis

Returning to his home country of Japan after a long period, Kanie Kashimura decides to take a job as a local policeman, being tasked with patrolling one of Tokyo's districts. Things become a little more tense when he decides to investigate a peculiar history of the region, despite his colleagues not taking him so seriously for it: a dark slaughterer, hiding in the shadows, and taking justice into his own hands. But as Kanie will discover, every urban legend can have a grain of truth. 2nd Spin-off of the idealized 'Agent' franchise, set after the events of third film.

Description of Osamu Emura (Main Villain):

[Yuzuki] - You're going to tell me, are you listening?! [She sticks a knife in his back]. - ARGH... The guy over there is a policeman, he can see that I cooperated. - Is that all you know? - I swear to God, I [Yuzuki cuts one of his legs he]. - ARGHHH! - He's going to die like that! - This is the idea. Osamu was in charge of REBELLION business in the Tokyo area, something that would connect with Yuzuki's past.
