Set two years after Superman’s battle with the Dark Knight and the defeat of Intergang. This third instalment into the DCEU has Superman working with the US Government in an uneasy alliance.
With the arrival of more extra-terrestrial threats, puts into question the safety of Earth. To this effect, Superman is paired off with Neil Quinn, a human experiment with the power to absorb energy. Supposedly a loyal agent of the United States Government, he and Superman do not see eye-to-eye and a confrontation between the two will leave them blind to Luthor’s machinations.
