Young Barry Allen was adopted by Darryl Frye former CCPD Captain after a tragic events revolved around his parents who were found dead in their house. Many years later Barry Allen is a CSI for CCPD to found the murderer of his parents. One night a lightning hit him near chemicals in his office so many months later he wake up with new powers.
