After the events with the Star Sapphires, Knuckles went back to Angel Island where he was visited by an unexpected surprise: another echidna named Julie-Su! She came from the Lost Tribe of Echidnas in the hidden caves of Chaos, a refuge for Echidnas. But Julie-Su needs Knuckles' help because a powerful enemy was attacking them and has sworn its life to wipe out the Echidnas! Knuckles believed his entire life that he was the last of his kind, but now he gets the chance to save them all! He'll have his friends Mighty, Ray, and Amy's cousin Rob O'Hedge (who volunteered) to save the Lost Tribe and defeat the all-powerful self-proclaimed demigo...read more

Description of Post Credit Scene (I have a cousin?!):

For all her life, Amy lived on Little Planet where the only living being that lived there was her. You know the rest of her story. But what Amy realized when Knuckles finally earned Rob's trust and brought his team back to his friends, Rob introduced himself to Amy, to her surprise because she has no known family members! Then Rob begins to tell Sonic and Amy (& Knuckles) about Amy being the heir to the throne of the forgotten and abandoned kingdom of Mercia. The post credit scene ends with Amy saying, shocked, "I'm . . . a PRINCESS?!?!"
