Synopsis

Based loosely on the novel. The Scarlet Pimpernel is not one individual but a shared identity. Sir Percy Blakeney and his wife Margueritte were the first Pimpernels leading double lives as part of the British élite. They donned the red capes and masks to save the people of France, whether noble or peasant from the Reign of terror. Now as conflicts and crime spring up both at home and beyond, the Symbol of the Pimpernel is more important then ever. They recruit likeminded men and women to double as agents a protect the helpless. Events would encompass, the french revolution, Napoleonic wars, and the War of 1812.

Description of Sir Percy Blakeney:

The originator and leader of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel. Initially he only meant to save people from the Guillotine in France but overtime he began foiling more crimes such as highwaymen, and rapists. He leads life a English noble and advocates for social causes like ending the Slave Trade, and women's rights, A devout protestant, while his wife is Catholic. A skilled swordsman who often spars with his wife.
